PFC – N. Silicate is a Sodium Silicate Based cement.
PFC– N. Silicate is resistant to wide varieties of acid conditions and shall withstand temperatures
up to 650º C prevailing in chemical plants Industries.
 
PFC – N. Silicate sets hard and dense and is very easy to use and apply.

Mixing Retio
Mixing ratio 1 Part Resin & 3 Part Powder (by weight)
1 Part Resin & 3.15 Part “ (by Volume)
 
Ratio will be depending on Temp, working condition & workman.
Working Time 10 to 15 min at 32º C
Initial Setting Time 30 to 40 min*
Final Setting Time 10 to 12 hrs.*
 
  Setting time depend upon temp humidity and ratio.
Self Life : 4 to 6 month at room Temp. (32º C)
Prepare sufficient quantity of mortar which can be utilized in 20 minute and remove mortar from Pan before another batch is mixed.
 
 
Packing
Resin available in 10kgs, 20 kgs, 50 kgs Tin or 200 Kkgs Berral.
Powder available in 30kgs Begs.
